Client Stories

As a Design Director working with IBM, I play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience for high-profile events such as The Masters, Wimbledon, The US Open, and the Grammys. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, my team and I design innovative digital experiences that integrate seamlessly with IBM’s cutting-edge technology, ensuring that each event’s unique atmosphere is captured and enhanced. From real-time data visualizations to immersive user interfaces, our work is centered around creating visually engaging and intuitive designs that elevate the audience's interaction with these prestigious events. Solutions not only support IBM’s branding goals but also provide users with dynamic and memorable experiences, blending creativity with the latest technological advancements.

For IBM Think 2026 in Boston, I helped shape the creative direction and led design for Client Stories, a series of more than 40 animated pieces celebrating IBM’s partnerships with some of the world’s most recognized organizations, including Ferrari, Wimbledon, Pfizer, and L’Oréal. The work ran on large-format digital displays throughout the main hallway, greeting more than 5,000 business and technology leaders from over 80 countries as they moved through the event.

The challenge was telling dozens of distinct stories across very different industries while keeping the whole experience feeling like one idea. I built a flexible design system that gave each client room to feel like itself while staying unmistakably IBM, then led a small team of designers to bring it to life at scale. The result was a cohesive, motion-driven showcase that turned complex partnerships into clear, memorable outcomes for a live audience.
